We commissioned a company in Japan that manufactures inner tubes for restoring old KAWASAKI models to handle the design and material selection, and then produced them at an overseas factory.\n\u003cbr\u003eThe material used is STKM13C (seamless) carbon steel mechanical tubing.\n\u003cbr\u003eInstallation must be performed by a motorcycle repair shop.\n\u003cbr\u003eStock springs will be too short by 4 inches, so please assemble using PVC pipes or similar materials yourself.\n\u003cbr\u003eThere are three types of 33.4mm forks:\n\u003cbr\u003e1952-67 Early model: Long rod suspension type, no collar required.\n\u003cbr\u003e*Since the piston rod will be too short due to the increased length, an extension is required on the upper part of the rod.\n\u003cbr\u003eOne-off fabrication on a lathe or similar may be necessary, so please consult a capable shop.\n\u003cbr\u003e1968-70 Mid-model: Collar required.\n\u003cbr\u003e1971-72 Late model: Collar required.\n\u003cbr\u003e*When installing on genuine triples, honing of the triple-side inner diameter is required because the genuine inner tubes were not chrome-plated, resulting in a smaller inner diameter at the insertion part.\n\u003cbr\u003eAftermarket trees are made to match aftermarket 33.4mm forks and can be used as is.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eSpecifications\n\u003cbr\u003eOverall length 678.4mm\n\u003cbr\u003e(This is 22.75 inches stock length + 4 inches)\n\u003cbr\u003e■ Compatible Models\n\u003cbr\u003eXL 1957-1972\n\u003cbr\u003eFX 1971-1972\n\u003cbr\u003eK 1954-1956\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003e■ Image Disclaimer\n\u003cbr\u003e*Images are for illustration purposes only.
