We commissioned a company in Japan that manufactures inner tubes for restoring old KAWASAKI models to design, consider materials, and produce these tubes at an overseas factory.\n\u003cbr\u003eThe material is STKM13C (seamless) carbon steel mechanical tubing.\n\u003cbr\u003eInstallation must be performed by a motorcycle repair shop.\n\u003cbr\u003eStock springs will be 4 inches too short, so please use PVC pipes or similar for assembly yourself.\n\u003cbr\u003eThere are three types of 33.4mm forks.\n\u003cbr\u003e1952-67 Early model: long rod suspension type; no collar needed.\n\u003cbr\u003e*Since the piston rod will be shorter due to the increased length, an extension is needed on the upper part of the rod.\n\u003cbr\u003eOne-off manufacturing on a lathe or similar will be required, so please consult with a shop that can install it.\n\u003cbr\u003e1968-70 Mid-model: collar required.\n\u003cbr\u003e1971-72 Late model: collar required.\n\u003cbr\u003e*When installing on a genuine triple tree, honing of the triple tree side is required because the inner diameter of the insertion part is smaller, as the genuine inner tubes were not chrome-plated.\n\u003cbr\u003eAftermarket triple trees are designed to fit aftermarket 33.4mm forks, so they can be used as is.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eSpecifications\n\u003cbr\u003eOverall length 729.2mm\n\u003cbr\u003e(Stock length 22.75 inches + 6 inches)\n\u003cbr\u003e■Compatible models\n\u003cbr\u003eXL 1957-1972\n\u003cbr\u003eFX 1971-1972\n\u003cbr\u003eK 1954-1956\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003e■Notes on images\n\u003cbr\u003e*Images are for illustration purposes only.
