About Shipping Costs

Free shipping for purchases of 5,500 yen (tax included) or more (excluding Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands)

Non-members are required to pay the displayed shipping fee.

For products priced under 5,500 yen (tax included):
Standard shipping...698 yen (tax included)
Mail delivery...330 yen (tax included) (listed in product details)
Oversized items...4,400 yen (tax included) (Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands: 5,500 yen including tax)

*Hazardous materials such as gas cans and some oversized items cannot be sold to Okinawa or remote islands.

Even if you select mail delivery, your package may be sent by standard shipping depending on its size. Please be assured that no additional charges will be incurred in such cases.

How to Purchase

  • Select items and add them to your cart
    Select your desired products and click the "Add to Cart" button.
  • Confirm your order details and decide on coupon usage
    If you have a coupon, you can decide whether or not to use it on this screen.
    Check the items and total amount on the cart screen and click the "Proceed to Checkout" button.
  • Enter purchaser information and specify shipping address
    Enter the necessary information for your purchase, such as "Name," "Address," "Phone Number," and "Email Address."
    If you wish to specify a shipping address different from the purchaser's, you can do so on this screen.

    Please rest assured that our shopping cart uses "SSL" to encrypt personal information.

  • Select payment and shipping methods
    Select your payment method and shipping method, then click the "Pay Now" button.

    If you need to go back to the previous screen during the purchase process, please use your browser's "Back" button.
    The purchase completion screen will be displayed, and your order will be complete.

About the Point Service

We have started a point service that can be used for shopping at our store.

※Shipping fees and handling charges are not eligible for point awards.

About Delivery

We deliver via Sagawa Express or Japan Post.
Time slot designation is also available.

About Returns

Cancellations due to customer's convenience (before product shipment)

Conditions for acceptance
Cancellations due to customer's convenience are possible if all the following conditions are met:
1. Products other than made-to-order items
2. Product price is 50,000 yen or less
3. Before shipping procedures for the product

Refund amount
If before product shipping procedures, the full amount will be refunded.
※Transaction fees at the time of payment are not subject to refund.
※If there are any fees incurred for the refund, these will be borne by the customer.

Remarks
If the product shipping procedure has already been completed, please refer to "Refunds due to customer's convenience."

■ Refunds due to customer's convenience

Refunds will be issued if the following conditions apply:

Returns and exchanges due to customer's convenience are possible if all the following conditions are met:
1. Within 7 days of product arrival
2. Product is unused and has no damage whatsoever
※An initial assessment will be made based on photos of the product you send.
※If inspection of the returned product reveals signs of use or damage, returns may be refused.
3. Products other than made-to-order items
4. Payment method is not post-payment
※Refund fees will be borne by the customer.
5. Product price is 50,000 yen or less
If the above conditions are met, returns and exchanges are possible, provided the customer bears the round-trip shipping costs.

If we are contacted within 7 days after product arrival

※Only the product price will be refunded; shipping costs, etc., will be borne by the customer.

※Regarding shipping costs for returns:
　・If the product has already been shipped, round-trip shipping fees will be incurred even if it is not received.
　・If you selected cash on delivery, you will be responsible for both round-trip shipping fees and cash on delivery fees.
　・For products with free shipping, we will calculate our shipping cost as 698 yen for courier delivery and 330 yen for mail delivery.
　・Even for unreceived products, round-trip shipping fees will be incurred if they have already been shipped.

Furthermore, if you send back a product that cannot be accepted for return, we will notify you by email and resend the product with payment on delivery.

■ Exchanges due to customer's convenience

If the following conditions apply, products will be exchanged.
