■Product Description A thermostat that is installed in the oil line of an oil cooler and controls the flow rate to the core according to the engine oil temperature. A shape memory alloy built into the unit opens and closes the valve. When the temperature is low, it prevents overcooling by opening the bypass line, and when the temperature is high, it maximizes the performance of the oil cooler by closing the bypass line.
