Suspension springs with a constant rising rate, uniquely designed by Hyperpro.
The spring rate constantly changes in response to suspension movement.
It maintains a state that is neither too soft nor too hard, while also providing the strength to withstand high-load cornering and sudden braking.
●Optimizes caster changes during braking before corners, facilitating the transition to the next action. It absorbs minor gaps during cornering and eliminates vibrations that interfere with the rider.
●Unlike regular springs, there is no constant spring rate, so resonance does not occur.
●Springs wound by computer-controlled machine tools are shot-peened to remove minute surface scratches that can lead to performance degradation. Furthermore, after completion, each spring undergoes performance inspection by a tester.
●In the Netherlands, Hyperpro's home country, all emergency motorcycles are equipped with Hyperpro springs.
