Suspension spring with a constant rising rate, uniquely designed by Hyperpro.
The spring rate constantly changes in accordance with the suspension's movement.
It maintains a state that is neither too soft nor too hard, and also has the strength to withstand high-load cornering and sudden braking.
●Optimizes caster changes during braking before corners, making it easier to transition to the next action. It absorbs small gaps during cornering, eliminating vibrations that disturb the rider.
●Unlike conventional springs, there is no constant spring rate, so there is no resonance.
●Springs wound by computer-controlled machine tools are shot-peened to remove microscopic surface scratches that can lead to performance degradation. Furthermore, after completion, each spring undergoes performance inspection by a tester.
●In the Netherlands, where Hyperpro is headquartered, all emergency motorcycles are equipped with Hyperpro springs.
