Hyperpro's uniquely designed suspension springs feature a constant rising rate.
The spring rate constantly changes in response to the suspension's movement.
They maintain a state that is neither too soft nor too hard, and also provide the resilience needed during high-load cornering and sudden braking.
●Optimizes changes in caster during braking before a corner, facilitating the transition to the next action. Absorbs small bumps during cornering, eliminating vibrations that disturb the rider.
●Unlike conventional springs, they do not have a constant spring rate, so they do not resonate.
●Springs wound by computer-controlled machine tools are shot-peened to remove microscopic surface scratches that could lead to performance degradation. Furthermore, after completion, each spring undergoes a performance inspection by a tester.
●In the Netherlands, Hyperpro's home country, all ambulance motorcycles are equipped with Hyperpro springs.
