Suspension springs with a constant rising rate, uniquely designed by Hyperpro.
The spring rate constantly changes to follow the movement of the suspension.
It maintains a state that is neither too soft nor too hard, and also has the ability to withstand high-load cornering and sudden braking.
● Optimizes the change in caster during braking before a corner, making it easier to transition to the next action. It absorbs small gaps during cornering and eliminates vibrations that interfere with the rider.
● Unlike conventional springs, it does not have a constant spring rate, so it does not resonate.
● Springs wound by computer-controlled machine tools are shot-peened to remove microscopic scratches on the surface that can lead to performance degradation. Furthermore, after completion, each spring undergoes a performance inspection by a tester.
● In Hyperpro's home country of the Netherlands, all ambulance motorcycles are equipped with Hyperpro springs.
