Suspension springs with a constant rising rate, uniquely designed by Hyperpro.
The spring rate constantly changes in response to the suspension's movement.
It maintains a state that is neither too soft nor too hard, while also providing the strength to withstand high-load cornering and sudden braking.
● Optimizes the caster change during braking before a corner, making it easier to transition to the next action. Absorbs small gaps during cornering, eliminating vibrations that interfere with the rider.
● Unlike regular springs, there is no constant spring rate, so there is no resonance.
● Springs wound by computer-controlled machine tools are shot-peened to remove microscopic surface scratches that can lead to performance degradation. Furthermore, after completion, each spring undergoes a performance inspection with a tester.
● In Hyperpro's home country of the Netherlands, all ambulance motorcycles are equipped with Hyperpro springs.
