Hyperpro's suspension springs feature a constant rising rate, a unique design by the company.
The spring rate constantly changes to follow the movement of the suspension.
It maintains a state that is neither too soft nor too hard, and also has the ability to withstand high-load cornering and sudden braking.
●Front springs come with the necessary amount of fork oil.
●Optimizes the change in caster during braking before a corner, making it easier to transition to the next action. It absorbs small bumps during cornering, eliminating vibrations that interfere with the rider.
●Unlike ordinary springs, there is no constant spring rate, so there is no resonance.
●Springs wound by computer-controlled machine tools are shot-peened to remove microscopic surface scratches that can lead to performance degradation. Furthermore, after completion, each spring undergoes a performance inspection by a tester.
●In the Netherlands, where Hyperpro is headquartered, all emergency motorcycles are equipped with Hyperpro springs.
