Suspension springs with a constant rising rate, uniquely designed by Hyperpro.
The spring rate constantly changes in accordance with the suspension's movement.
It maintains a state that is neither too soft nor too hard, and also provides the strength to endure high-load cornering and sudden braking.
●Optimizes changes in caster during braking before a corner, facilitating the next action. Absorbs small bumps during cornering, eliminating vibrations that interfere with the rider.
●Unlike conventional springs, there is no constant spring rate, preventing resonance.
●Springs are wound by computer-controlled machine tools, then shot-peened to remove microscopic surface scratches that could lead to performance degradation. Furthermore, after completion, each spring undergoes performance inspection by a tester.
●In the Netherlands, Hyperpro's home base, all emergency motorcycles are equipped with Hyperpro springs.
