The spring rate constantly changes in response to suspension movement. It maintains a state that is neither too soft nor too hard, while also having the power to withstand high-load cornering and sudden braking. ●Optimizes caster changes during braking before corners, making it easier to transition to the next action. It absorbs small gaps during cornering and eliminates vibrations that bother the rider. ●Unlike ordinary springs, there is no constant spring rate, so there is no resonance. ●Springs wound by computer-controlled machine tools are shot-peened to remove microscopic surface scratches that lead to performance degradation.
