Suspension springs with a constant rising rate, uniquely designed by Hyperpro.
The spring rate constantly changes in response to suspension movement.
It maintains a state that is neither too soft nor too stiff, and also provides the necessary resilience during high-load cornering and sudden braking.
●Optimizes changes in caster during braking before a corner, facilitating the transition to the next action. It absorbs minor bumps during cornering, eliminating vibrations that could disrupt the rider.
●Unlike conventional springs with a constant spring rate, these springs do not resonate.
●Springs are wound by computer-controlled machine tools and then shot-peened to remove microscopic surface scratches that can lead to performance degradation. Furthermore, each finished spring undergoes a performance inspection using a tester.
●In the Netherlands, Hyperpro's home country, all emergency motorcycles are equipped with Hyperpro springs.
