The spring rate constantly changes in response to suspension movement. It maintains a state that is neither too soft nor too hard, while also providing the resilience needed during high-load cornering and sudden braking. ●Optimizes castor changes during braking before corners, facilitating the transition to the next action. It absorbs minor bumps during cornering, eliminating vibrations that disturb the rider. ●Unlike conventional springs, it does not have a fixed spring rate, thus preventing resonance. ●Springs wound by computer-controlled machines undergo shot peening to remove microscopic surface scratches that can lead to performance degradation.
