Suspension springs with a constant rising rate, uniquely designed by Hyperpro.
The spring rate constantly changes in response to the movement of the suspension.
It maintains a state that is neither too soft nor too hard, and also has the ability to withstand high-load cornering and sudden braking.
● Optimizes changes in caster during braking before a corner, making it easier to transition to the next action. Absorbs small gaps during cornering and eliminates vibrations that interfere with the rider.
● Unlike normal springs, it does not have a constant spring rate, so it does not resonate.
● Springs wound by computer-controlled machine tools are shot-peened to remove microscopic scratches on the surface that lead to performance deterioration. Furthermore, after completion, each spring undergoes a performance inspection by a tester.
● In the Netherlands, where Hyperpro is based, all emergency motorcycles are equipped with Hyperpro springs.
