Hyperpro's uniquely designed suspension springs feature a constant-rising rate.
The spring rate constantly changes in response to suspension movement.
They maintain a state that is neither too soft nor too hard, while also providing the necessary strength for high-load cornering and sudden braking.
●Optimizes changes in caster during braking before a corner, making it easier to transition to the next action. Absorbs small bumps during cornering, eliminating vibrations that hinder the rider.
●Unlike conventional springs, they do not have a constant spring rate, thus preventing resonance.
●Springs wound by computer-controlled machine tools are shot-peened to remove microscopic surface scratches that can lead to performance degradation. Furthermore, after completion, each spring undergoes performance inspection by a tester.
●In Hyperpro's home country of the Netherlands, all ambulance motorcycles are equipped with Hyperpro springs.
