Suspension springs with a constant rising rate, uniquely designed by Hyperpro.
The spring rate constantly changes in response to the movement of the suspension.
It maintains a state that is neither too soft nor too hard, and also has the ability to maintain stability during high-load cornering and sudden braking.
●Optimizes changes in caster during braking before corners, making it easier to transition to the next action. It absorbs small gaps during cornering and eliminates vibrations that interfere with the rider.
●Unlike ordinary springs, there is no constant spring rate, so there is no resonance.
●Springs wound by computer-controlled machine tools are shot-peened to remove microscopic surface scratches that can lead to performance degradation. Furthermore, after completion, each spring undergoes a performance inspection by a tester.
●In the Netherlands, Hyperpro's home base, all ambulance motorcycles are equipped with Hyperpro springs.
