Hyperpro's uniquely designed suspension springs feature a constant rising rate.
The spring rate constantly changes in response to suspension movement.
This maintains a state that is neither too soft nor too hard, and also provides the strength to endure high-load cornering and sudden braking.
●Front springs come with the necessary amount of fork oil.
●It optimizes the caster change during braking before a corner, making it easier to transition to the next action. It absorbs small bumps during cornering, eliminating vibrations that interfere with the rider.
●Unlike ordinary springs, there is no fixed spring rate, so resonance does not occur.
●Springs wound by computer-controlled machine tools are shot-peened to remove microscopic surface scratches that can lead to performance degradation. Furthermore, after completion, each spring undergoes a performance test using a tester.
●In the Netherlands, Hyperpro's home base, all ambulance motorcycles are equipped with Hyperpro springs.
