The spring rate constantly changes in response to the suspension's movement.
It maintains a state that is neither too soft nor too hard, and also has the ability to maintain stability during high-load cornering and sudden braking.
● Optimizes changes in caster during braking before a corner, making it easier to transition to the next action. It absorbs small bumps during cornering, eliminating vibrations that would interfere with the rider.
● Unlike conventional springs, it does not have a fixed spring rate, so it does not resonate.
● Springs wound by computer-controlled machine tools are shot-peened to remove microscopic surface scratches that could lead to performance degradation. Furthermore, each spring undergoes a performance inspection by a tester after completion.
● In the Netherlands, Hyperpro's home country, all emergency motorcycles are equipped with Hyperpro springs.
