Its design ensures that the top height does not change when the adjuster is turned (utility model registered), and its compact shape makes it less likely to interfere even when the handlebars are customized.
The hand adjust knob allows preload to be applied up to 15mm from the standard OEM top cap position (half turn for 1 click).
The plate that contacts the spring rotates freely, allowing it to be turned with light force and without hindering the spring's movement.
