This is within the allowable range, but to achieve an accurate chain line, please replace it with a 5mm offset product or change the chain to 530. Depending on the shape of the rear shock and vehicle tolerances, it may interfere with the chain. Also, if it interferes with the tire and chain case, please shave off the tire or case in that area.
