■Product Description
Thermostat + Fitting Kit (2 Straight, 2 90°)
A thermostat installed in the oil line of an oil cooler that controls the flow to the core based on engine oil temperature. A built-in shape memory alloy opens and closes the valve. It prevents overcooling by opening the bypass line when the temperature is low, and maximizes the oil cooler's performance by closing the bypass line when the temperature is high. The valve starts operating at 70°C (±3°C), making it ideal for warming up the engine.
In addition to the thermostat unit itself, we also offer kits with fittings for convenient retrofitting.
