With a normal rear master cylinder, when replacing the rear caliper with a 2-piston opposed caliper (φ32, φ34) from GALE SPEED, brembo, etc., depending on the ratio, the brake pedal stroke may be reduced, making it difficult to control.
In contrast, the Gale Speed rear master cylinder is designed with a piston diameter of φ12 to match the lever ratio of typical racing steps. This achieves a delicate and controllable rear brake system.
