The disc rotor uses the highest quality racing stainless steel material, also used in JSB and Suzuka 8 Hours races, and the rotor thickness has been changed to 5mm to improve heat capacity, resulting in race-spec heat resistance and braking performance.
Furthermore, despite being 1mm thicker than the standard, it is 45g lighter.
The caliper support is set at 8mm thick to withstand full braking from top speed during races.
