■・This drive belt repair kit includes the weight roller and slide piece needed when replacing the drive belt. It contains a 100% domestic drive belt (JASO standard compliant) and a weight roller and slide piece made from high-quality PA46 (polyamide PA46), which offers excellent heat resistance and wear resistance.
・The scooter's drivetrain components are recommended to be inspected and replaced every 5,000 to 10,000 km. The slide piece, made of resin, acts as a buffer between aluminum and iron parts that rub against each other. When it wears out and deteriorates, the performance of the drivetrain is compromised.
・When the resin part of the weight roller wears down and its diameter decreases, the shifting range changes, and the drive can no longer operate smoothly.
・Damage to the drive belt can lead to unexpected breakdowns and damage to the drivetrain. Regular maintenance of these components will improve the scooter's running performance.
