■ This drive belt repair kit includes the weight rollers and slide pieces necessary for drive belt replacement, along with a 100% domestic drive belt (JASO standard compliant) and high-quality weight rollers and slide pieces made from PA46 (polyamide PA46) which boasts excellent heat resistance and wear resistance.
■ Scooter drive system components are recommended for inspection and replacement every 5,000 to 10,000 km. The resin slide piece acts as a buffer between aluminum and iron parts, and if it wears down and deteriorates, the performance of the drive system will be compromised.
■ If the resin part of the weight roller wears down and its diameter decreases, the gear change range will change, and the drive will no longer operate smoothly.
■ A damaged drive belt can lead to unexpected breakdowns and damage to the drive system. Regular maintenance of these components will improve the scooter's running performance.
