■・This drive belt repair kit includes a drive belt, weight rollers, and slide pieces necessary for drive belt replacement. It features a 100% domestic drive belt (JASO standard compliant) and weight rollers and slide pieces made from high-quality PA46 (polyamide PA46) or similar materials, known for their excellent heat resistance and wear resistance.
・Scooter drive system components are recommended for inspection and replacement every 5,000 to 10,000 km. The slide pieces, made of resin, act as a buffer between friction-generating aluminum and iron parts. As they wear out and deteriorate, the performance of the drive system is compromised.
・When the resin part of the weight roller wears down and its diameter decreases, the shifting range changes, making it impossible for the drive to operate smoothly.
