■・This drive belt repair kit includes weight rollers and slide pieces necessary for drive belt replacement. It features 100% domestic drive belts (JASO standard compliant) and weight rollers and slide pieces made from high-quality PA46 (polyamide PA46) and other materials with excellent heat resistance and wear resistance.
・Scooter drive system components are recommended for inspection and replacement every 5,000 to 10,000 km. Slide pieces, made of resin, act as a buffer between aluminum and iron parts rubbing against each other. Wear and deterioration of these parts compromise the performance of the drive system.
・When the resin part of the weight roller wears down and its diameter decreases, the shifting range changes, preventing smooth driving.
・Damage to the drive belt can lead to unexpected breakdowns and damage to the drive system. Regular maintenance of these parts improves the scooter's running performance.
