■ This drive belt repair kit includes weight rollers and slide pieces necessary when replacing the drive belt, along with a 100% domestic drive belt (JASO standard compliant). The kit also includes high-quality weight rollers and slide pieces made from PA46 (polyamide PA46) and other materials with excellent heat resistance and wear resistance.
・Scooter drivetrain parts are recommended for inspection and replacement every 5,000 to 10,000 km. The slide pieces, made of resin, also act as a buffer between the aluminum and iron parts that rub against each other. When they wear out and deteriorate, the performance of the drivetrain is compromised.
・When the resin portion of the weight rollers wears down and their diameter decreases, the shifting range changes, making smooth power transmission impossible.
