Reupholstery can be done with a hand stapler (and its staples), a thin flathead screwdriver, and needle-nose pliers (to remove staples).
Once you learn it, it's surprisingly easy, so you might want to try upholstering various seat cover designs.
(Please be careful not to injure yourself with the stapler staples during reupholstering.)
