Reupholstery can be done with a hand stapler (and its staples), a thin flathead screwdriver, and needle-nose pliers (to remove staples).
Once you learn how, it's surprisingly easy, so you might even want to try reupholstering many different designs of seat covers.
(Please be careful not to injure yourself with the stapler's staples during the reupholstery work.)
