Reupholstering can be done with a hand stapler (and its staples), a thin flat-head screwdriver, and needle-nose pliers (to remove staples).
Once you learn how, it's surprisingly easy, so you might find yourself wanting to try reupholstering various seat cover designs.
(Please be careful not to injure yourself with the stapler's staples during reupholstering work.)
