Reupholstering can be done with a hand stapler (and its staples), a thin flathead screwdriver, and long-nose pliers (to remove staples).
Once you learn how, it's surprisingly easy, so you might even want to try reupholstering seat covers with various designs.
(Please be careful not to injure yourself with the stapler staples during the reupholstering process.)
