・To reupholster, you will need a flat-head screwdriver and needle-nose pliers to remove the original seat cover, and a hand stapler to drive staples into the seat base.

*Installation may not be possible if the seat base is damaged, the sponge is deteriorated, or the pedestal is broken.
*When working in a cold room in winter, warming the cover with a heater or similar will make the fabric more pliable and easier to stretch over the seat.
