Reupholstery can be done with a hand stapler (and its staples), a thin flathead screwdriver, and needle-nose pliers (to remove staples).
Once you learn how, it's surprisingly easy, and you might find yourself wanting to try reupholstering various seat cover designs.
(Be careful not to injure yourself with stapler staples during the reupholstery work.)
