Reupholstery can be done with a hand stapler (and its staples), a thin flathead screwdriver, and needle-nose pliers (to remove staples).
Once you learn how, it's surprisingly easy, so you might find yourself wanting to reupholster seat covers in various designs.
(Be careful not to injure yourself with stapler staples during reupholstery.)
