Overlay specifications
While seat repair generally involves technicians using special tools to stretch the cover, Grondement's overlay seat covers are characterized by their ability to easily make a seat look new again simply by slipping them on, without the need for tools.
Moreover, the finished result is as good as a reupholstered seat.
Conventional overlay seat covers tend to be perceived as "not fitting well" or "resulting in a stiff finish that at least provides rain protection" (compared to our products), but this product overturns that perception by achieving the best possible finish.
Vehicle-specific design
Although the product has elastic and does not require tools for installation, it may be easier to install by removing the seat base depending on the vehicle model.
To ensure quality, the precision of the molds is maximized, so some force or a certain level of re-upholstering skill may be required depending on the vehicle's seat shape.
Furthermore, quality control is carried out based on the vehicle-specific design.
Installation is not possible if the seat base is an aftermarket product or if it is not in its original form (e.g., damaged or worn).
