Slip-on type
Generally, repairing a seat involves a technician using special tools to stretch the upholstery. However, a key feature of Grondement's slip-on seat covers is that they require no tools and can simply be slipped on to make your seat look like new.
Moreover, the finished result is as good as a reupholstered seat.
Traditional slip-on seat covers may have given the impression of "not fitting snugly due to incorrect size" or "resulting in a stiff finish, though it serves as a rain cover" (compared to our products). However, this product overturns that perception by delivering the best possible finish.
Vehicle-specific design
While the product incorporates elastic and does not require tools for installation, for some vehicle models, removing the seat base may facilitate installation.
To ensure quality, the precision of the molds has been maximized. Therefore, depending on the amount of force applied or the seat shape of the vehicle, a certain level of re-upholstery skill may be required.
Furthermore, quality control is conducted based on vehicle-specific designs.
Installation is not possible if the seat base is an aftermarket product or if it is not in its original form (e.g., damaged or worn).
