Cover-type
While seat repair generally involves a technician stretching the seat skin with special tools, Grondement's cover-type seat covers are characterized by their ease of use: you simply place them over the seat without any tools to make your seat look like new.
Furthermore, the finished result is comparable to a reupholstered seat.
Traditional cover-type seat covers often have the image of "not fitting snugly," or "ending up bulky but at least providing rain protection" (compared to our products), but this product overturns that conventional wisdom, achieving the best possible finish.
Vehicle-specific design
While the product has elastic and does not require tools for installation, for some vehicle models, it may be easier to install if the seat base is removed.
To ensure quality, the precision of the mold has been maximized, so depending on the amount of force applied or the shape of the seat for a particular vehicle model, a certain level of re-upholstering skill may be required.
Furthermore, quality control is carried out based on the vehicle-specific design.
If the seat base is an aftermarket product or is not in its original shape (damaged or worn, etc.), installation is not possible.
