Grondement Massimo's domestic drive V-belts use aramid fiber in their cords, improving durability and heat resistance. By increasing strength, power transmission performance is enhanced, and slippage and excessive friction with the belt transmission part are reduced. This suppresses power loss, allowing the engine's output to be transmitted linearly to the drive components.
However, excessive strength enhancement can cause abnormal vibrations in the drive system, potentially impacting surrounding V-belt components unexpectedly.
