The KTM 790 Adventure is great, but we found the clutch friction zone to be narrow.
We designed a new clutch actuator arm that is 19mm longer than the OEM to smooth out the clutch feel, which was like a toggle switch.
This longer arm not only expands the friction zone by 60% but also significantly reduces clutch pull, making one-finger clutch operation easy.
With a wider friction zone and one-finger clutch operation, you can enjoy off-road riding more.
The light clutch pull also works well when stopped.
