The Camel Toe Sidestand for the Africa Twin (CRF1000L) is designed as a replacement for the genuine cast aluminum sidestand, which can sometimes break under normal use.
To put it simply, when you have a full load of luggage and a passenger, you often get on and off the bike with the sidestand down, right? If you do this repeatedly, the genuine sidestand will bend.
It's okay to sit on the bike with the sidestand down!
When your friend has a flat tire, you can even break the bead by applying weight to the sidestand!
This sidestand is TIG welded from thick DOM tubing with CNC machined steel mounting lugs. It features a camel's hoof-shaped pad that is almost twice the size of the genuine part. Thanks to this, there is no need for an aftermarket pad extension.
Powder-coated finish for durability and a beautiful appearance.
While the genuine part weighs approximately 300g, this one weighs about 690g, which is an increase in weight, but the increase in strength is incomparable!
Available in 3 length variations. Please note that these lengths are produced for the global standard ride height, not for the LD model distributed in Japan.
