This is G2's street-legal quick-turn throttle, known for its ingenious "tamer throttle" item.
Consider it a high-throttle (approx. 10-15%) that can be installed in your stock throttle housing.
This is an item we highly recommend to those who are concerned about the large throttle opening of the stock throttle.
You will definitely experience a very pleasant characteristic from the "stable range at a somewhat high gear, RPM, and throttle opening or more" on high-speed circuits, etc.
However, reducing the throttle opening, of course, also comes with disadvantages.
The feeling of operation in low gears, low RPMs, and low openings until reaching that stable range tends to be more sensitive compared to the stock throttle.
