Teflon sleeves are built into both ends of the throttle tube, making it incomparably smoother than the genuine part, combined with its cam characteristics.
Another major feature is that your right hand will be less fatigued, also due to less play in the tube compared to the genuine part.
Since the stock throttle has cam characteristics equivalent to the genuine one, it is highly recommended if you want to experience G2's light and crisp operating feel.
