Not a quick-turn or slow-turn throttle!
Many modern street bikes are now fuel-injected, meaning riders have to contend with snatch (or a jerky feeling, as it might be described).
The G2 Tamer Throttle is an item that makes riding easier by changing the EFI power delivery through the physical aspect of the throttle cam's structure.
The secret lies in the throttle cam!
While the stock cam shape is generally circular, the G2 Tamer Throttle tames the snatch by giving the cam shape at the beginning of the throttle cable pull a non-linear ratio. Ultimately, the cam characteristic allows for full throttle at roughly the same throttle opening as stock.
Because in reality, the throttle is often used in the initial opening and partial-throttle ranges, we believe you can feel the benefits of installing the G2 Tamer Throttle from the graph.
Teflon sleeves are built into both ends of the throttle tube, and combined with the cam characteristics, it is incomparably smoother than the genuine part.
Another major feature is that there is less play in the tube compared to the genuine part, which also reduces hand fatigue.
