This is G2's quick-turn throttle for street use, known as the "Tamer Throttle".
Basically, you can think of it as a high-throttle (approximately 10-15%) that can be installed in the genuine throttle housing.
This is an item that we highly recommend to those who are concerned about the large opening angle of the genuine throttle.
You will experience a very pleasant characteristic from a certain high gear, high RPM, and stable range above the throttle opening, such as on high-speed circuits.
However, there are also disadvantages due to the reduced opening angle.
The feeling of operation in lower gears, lower RPMs, and lower opening angles until that stable range is reached tends to be more sensitive compared to the genuine (stock throttle).
Especially for large displacement bikes, it might be best to position this as an expert-level item that allows you to ride at an advanced level from the first time you visit any circuit.
Teflon sleeves are built into both ends of the throttle tube, and combined with the cam characteristics, it is incomparably smoother than the genuine one.
In addition, the fact that there is less play in the tube compared to the genuine one is also a major feature, reducing fatigue in the right hand.
