Not a quick-turn throttle, not a slow-turn throttle!
Many modern street bikes, with their fuel injection systems, cause riders to experience snatchiness (which could also be described as jerkiness).
The G2 Tamer Throttle is an item that makes the bike easier to ride by changing the EFI's power delivery through the physical aspect of its throttle cam structure.
The secret lies in the throttle cam!
While the normal cam shape is generally circular, the G2 Tamer Throttle tames snatchiness by using a non-linear ratio for the cam shape at the initial pull of the throttle cable. Ultimately, the cam characteristic is such that it reaches full throttle at almost the same throttle opening as stock.
Because the reality is that the initial throttle opening and partial throttle range are frequently used, we believe you can appreciate the benefits of introducing the G2 Tamer Throttle from the graph.
Teflon sleeves are built into both ends of the throttle tube, and combined with the cam characteristics, it's incomparably smoother than the genuine part.
Furthermore, another major feature is that your right hand is less prone to fatigue, due to less play in the tube compared to the genuine part.
