This is G2's street-use quick-turn throttle, a clever item known as the "Themer Throttle."
Basically, consider it a high-throttle (approx. 10-15%) that can be installed in the genuine throttle housing.
This is an item we highly recommend to those who are troubled by the large opening of the genuine throttle.
You will surely experience a very pleasant characteristic in stable ranges above a certain high gear, RPM, and throttle opening, such as on high-speed circuits.
However, reducing the throttle opening also brings disadvantages.
The feeling of operation in low gears, low RPMs, and low throttle openings until reaching that stable range tends to be more sensitive compared to the genuine (stock throttle).
Especially for large displacement motorcycles, it might be best to position this item as being for experts who can ride at an advanced level on their first try at any circuit.
Teflon sleeves are built into both ends of the throttle tube, and combined with the cam characteristics, it is incomparably smoother than the genuine throttle.
Additionally, another major feature is that the right hand gets less fatigued due to less play in the tube compared to the genuine one.
