Not a quick-turn throttle, not a slow-turn throttle!
Many modern street bikes are now fuel-injected, and riders often have to deal with snatchiness (which could be described as jerkiness).
The G2 Tamer Throttle is an item that makes the bike easier to ride by changing the EFI's power delivery from a physical aspect – the structure of the throttle cam.
The secret lies in the throttle cam!
While the normal cam shape is generally circular, the G2 Tamer Throttle tames snatchiness by creating a non-linear ratio for the cam shape at the beginning of the throttle cable pull. Ultimately, the cam characteristic ensures full throttle is reached at roughly the same throttle opening as stock.
Since it's a reality that the initial throttle opening and partial throttle range are used frequently, we believe you'll appreciate the benefits of introducing the G2 Tamer Throttle, as shown in the graph.
Teflon sleeves are built into both ends of the throttle tube, which, combined with the cam characteristics, make it incomparably smoother than the genuine part.
Another major feature is that the tube has significantly less play compared to the genuine part, which helps reduce right-hand fatigue.
