Many modern street bikes are now fuel-injected, meaning riders have to deal with snatchiness (which can also be described as choppiness).
The G2 Tamer Throttle is an item that makes the bike easier to ride by changing the EFI's power delivery through the physical aspect of the throttle cam's structure.
The secret is in the throttle cam!
While the normal cam shape is generally circular, the G2 Tamer Throttle tames snatchiness by making the cam shape at the initial pull of the throttle cable a non-linear ratio. Ultimately, the cam characteristic allows for full throttle at roughly the same throttle opening as stock.
Because the reality is that the initial opening and partial throttle range are frequently used, we believe you can appreciate the benefits of introducing the G2 Tamer Throttle from the graph.
Teflon sleeves are built into both ends of the throttle tube, which, combined with the cam characteristics, makes it incomparably smoother than the genuine part.
Another major feature is that there is less play in the tube compared to the genuine part, which also reduces fatigue in the right hand.
